    Is your goal to get fitter and stronger and would you like personal support? Depending on your location, we will work with you to carry out various strengthening exercises and ensure that they are performed correctly and with the right intensity - tailored to your goals.

  • Individual training plans

    You don't want or need personally supervised training sessions? Then we will be happy to work out an individual training plan for you that is tailored to your goals. While you are making the plan and training diligently, we will of course be available to give you feedback and support you.

Personal running training.

As former competitive runners, we know what a difference it makes to train alone or together - and also how much more fun it is. It is also important to pay attention to the right running economy in order to run as efficiently as possible. We want to support you on your way to your personal running goal. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced runner, we will tailor the training to your needs.

LOCATION: We offer outdoor running training. We are happy to arrange an individual location.

Personal strength training.

Back pain? Posture problems? Lack of strength in everyday life? The list could go on and on. Strength training plays an important role in the prevention of many problems. It's great that proper strength training can prevent or solve many problems and strengthen your muscles at the same time. Do you want to build muscle and be strong? Of course, this is also possible with targeted strength training! When strength training, it is particularly important to perform the exercises correctly and use the right technique in order to minimize the risk of injury and use the muscles properly. We are happy to support you and train with you towards your goals!

LOCATION: The strength training takes place in the interdisciplinary health practice go2health: Stuwerstraße 37, 1020 Vienna. We are also happy to arrange home visits or online appointments. In the warmer months, we can also train outdoors and choose a location individually.

Individual training plans.

Do you have a specific goal in mind, but don't have the time to take advantage of personal training sessions or prefer to train on your own? We will draw up a training plan tailored to your goals, with predefined training sessions. We will of course be happy to answer any questions and provide feedback on the training sessions. Are you planning to take part in a competition? Then we will draw up a training plan for you so that you can achieve your target time!
